Now that Dolphin Capital GmbH / Dolphin Trust has filed for bankruptcy and your personal information has been sold to all sorts of companies you may find that your phone simply doesn’t stop ringing.

A German firm, Mattil, who are specialist lawyers for the banking and capital market, are now advertising their services offering to enforce claims against Dolphin Trust / German Property Group. This may be some good news at last for cash investors, as they may have few other ways to recover their losses.

However, additional compensation up to £160,000 can potentially be achieved,  if you invested via loan notes or bond investment through your pension (SIPP) or if a regulated IFA recommended the investment to you. Don’t wait though as time limitations may apply

If you had transferred your occupational pension (final salary pension) into a SIPP or SSAS in order to invest, your losses may be far greater than you could imagine.

Why don’t you call us or ask for a call back to find out what your options are?
